my bloke is selling some guitars!
Hey Everyone,
I'm selling these 2 Custom First Act guitars. These are both one offs, you cannot by either of these in shops, I chose the shape, colour, wood etc. They've both been all over the shop with me (Europe, Australia, America etc) and have served me well. I'm just parting with them because I'm with ESP now and completely broke.
If my memory serves me correctly, they both have mahogany bodies and ebony necks with EMG 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck.
The tabacco burst is NOT semi hollow body, the F hole is fake. Also it's worth mentioning that there are some issues with the truss rod in this one. I'm not sure exactly, but the long and the short of it is that you can't adjust it. In spite of that I was still able to use it for tons of shows, it just tends to be a little buzzy.
The black one IS semi hollow body. I've read that sometimes you can get issues with feedback with semi hollow body guitars, however I've never experienced that problem. To my knowledge the truss rod on this one works fine. I used this one to record 90% of the guitars on Daybreaker.
To be honest I've no idea how much these are worth, I'm not sure First Act even make custom guitars anymore!

Here's my cousin's birthday cake! I had so much fun making this, and it really helped dealing with the rebound in my depression. The bunting took ~6 hours to make from rolling and cutting the first row of flags, to painting the detail on the last string of bunting. I spent roughly 10/11 hours decorating the entire thing.
